Small Group 7/24

To be married or not to be married; that is the question.

Did we answer it? Sorta. Paul teaches us that being single allows one to put more focus into serving God where with being married, our attention and focus is divided. "But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion." 1 Corinthians 7:9

Next week we will have Bible study as well as a large group activity, mini golf! For small group, Sam, Ben, and Ansel will provide food, and Justin will lead worship. Following are details for the mini golf event:

Here is a summary of last week's study taken straight from the leader's notes: "There is no condition in salvation. All can be saved."

Next week, we will continue our study of 1 Corinthians. Justin and Jeff will provide dinner, and Justin will also lead worship. Be sure to start planning your small group activity, especially if it's within the next month. Ciao folks!

Thanks all for coming out to the July 4th BBQ! It was definitely a blessed day, despite the extremely hot weather.

Prayer Meeting!

Tonight! Come on in and say a few words, pray silently, or just listen and give support. We need to start throwing our focus into making prayer a larger part of our lives.

I'll hear you all online tonight.
